Why join the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp Tour
A short train journey from Berlin, Sachsenhausen was not only the HQ for all Nazi concentration camps, but later also a Soviet gulag. Converted into a museum and memorial for victims of both sides, Sachsenhausen is dedicated to educating visitors on the human cost of political persecution. Tour of Sachsenhausen camp with an expert guide will bring the terrible history to life with stories of courage and defeat. Plus, by booking a tour of Sachsenhausen with Vive Berlin, a percentage of the profits will be donated to the memorial.
Please note: On Mondays some exhibits are closed and are unfortunately not included in the tour.
The tour to Sachsenhausen was very interesting and full of information. The stories of former prisoners of the camp especially added a lot and made us understand more about life in the camp. Everyone in our goup was amazed by knowledge of our guide and his passion for telling stories. Definitely the best tour guide in Berlin. Thanks Dennis :)
